Agent memory improvements

The Woven agent should remember key details of your conversation, such as how you like to write your prompts across sessions.

Memories will be split into two kinds.

• Project Memories - will only be remembered when using the agent in the same project.

• User Memories - will be remembered whenever the user is using the agent across projects
